Pricing questions
What is a processing minute?
One minute of finished output video, counted at least one minute per video. Trimming reduces your minutes, because you pay for what you keep. 1440p counts double and 4K counts four times.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Paid plans keep working and extra usage is billed at $0.09 per processing minute, $0.15 per GB-month of storage and $0.55 per GB of delivery. The Free plan stops at its limits.
Which features need Pro or Scale?
Redaction (blur and black bars, including motion tracking), in-browser screen recording (screen, screen + camera, and upload-while-recording) and adaptive streaming: a link to an HLS quality ladder that plays in any player (its streaming copies count toward storage). Everything else is on every plan: upload, transcoding, trim, stitch and splice edits, camera recording, validation, dry runs and the API.
What if I need more storage?
Paid plans keep working past their storage, billed at the overage rate. If you need a lot more, contact us and we'll shape a plan around it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, move up or down as your usage changes.
